Adapt to a variety of measured surface
Laser intensity adaptive algorithm will dynamically adjust the laser power, exposure time and other parameters according to the measured surface laser intensity, to achieve a dynamic adjustment of 1000000:1 light intensity. Therefore, the product can be adapted to the measurement of different surfaces, such as glue, PCB, disc, ceramic, metal, etc.

High-speed and high-sensitivity measurement performance
CMOS chips with high pixel width and pixel count, combined with a controller with high-speed drive and low-noise signal reading capabilities, can maximize the performance of the sensor. The maximum measurement speed of 160 kHz and sub-micron measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of extreme measurements, such as piezoelectric ceramics and other objects.

High-precision long-distance non-contact measurement
The high-resolution objective lens developed for the laser displacement sensor can minimize the influence caused by the change of the light spot on the surface of the measured object and reduce optical distortion at the same time. The measurement working distance can be selected within 30~1500mm to meet the needs of various long-distance measurement scenarios such as high temperature and window restrictions.

The linear laser is focused on the image sensor through the objective lens into a regular elliptical spot. The 30μm spot size can bring extremely high resolution, which is crucial for measuring tiny structures.

The coaxial measurement configuration avoids the angle limitation of the laser triangulation sensor, narrows the measurement blind area, and is more suitable for the measurement of complex and tiny shapes (such as deep groove shape, etc.).

The PCS objective lens system developed can achieve an imaging spot as small as 5.48 μm while improving the linear accuracy of measurement.

High-sensitivity optical non-contact measurement
The stray light suppression optimization spectrometer and high-brightness white light source custom-ized for the spectral confocal displacement sensor can improve the measurement sensitivity greatly, and can complete the measurement of the extremely weak light intensity returned by the surface (transparent objects such as films).

Multi-layer/multi-layer glass thickness measurement capability
The spectral confocal sensor is suitable for the measurement of various materials and can ensure the measurement performance of different materials, while supporting the multi-layer thickness measurement of multi-film layers/glued glass.

Anti-interference modular probe
The probe installed at the measurement site is purely optical and connected to the controller via an optical fiber, so the influence of electromagnetic interference on the measurement accuracy can be avoided. The probe diameter can be designed to be below Φ4mm, suitable for side-by-side measurements at multiple critical locations. At the same time, the probe can be designed to ± 60° measurement angle to meet the measurement of curved glass.
